Soluciones Legales Viña del Mar is a law firm with offices in downtown Viña del Mar since 2015, led by lawyer Javier Díaz Gurruchaga. We focus on civil and commercial law: ending leases and recovering property, consumer claims, inheritance and probate, companies and business contracts, damages claims and name changes. We act before the courts of Viña del Mar, Valparaíso and Quilpué, and meet clients in person, by phone or by video call.

How a case starts here
Everything begins with a consultation. We ask you a series of questions, review whatever documents you bring and, by the end of the meeting, you will know three things: whether you have a case, which route makes sense and how complex it looks. The consultation costs CLP 35,000, credited in full against our fees if you decide to hire us.
If the case has no way forward, we will tell you at that first meeting. It is cheaper for you to hear it then than to find out a year later.

Edificio Centro Libertad, 7 Norte Nº 645, office 1002, in downtown Viña del Mar, a few steps from Avenida Libertad. From there we litigate before the courts of Viña del Mar, Valparaíso and Quilpué.
