Javier Díaz Gurruchaga

Soluciones Legales Viña del Mar is the law firm of Javier Díaz Gurruchaga, a lawyer practising in Viña del Mar since 2015.

He personally handles civil, commercial, inheritance and consumer matters, and damages claims, from the first meeting to the judgment. How we work

We have practised in Viña del Mar since 2015, before the courts of the Valparaíso Region.

We take on few cases at a time, for a concrete reason: a lawsuit is won or lost in the details of the case file, and we review those one by one. If your case has no way forward, we will tell you at the first meeting, before taking it on and finding out a year later.
